I grew up around business. By the time I was ten, I was helping in our family bookshop, serving customers, writing receipts, taking inventory, pricing products and banking the day’s takings.
Those early lessons taught me that a business is more than a good idea. It is a set of decisions, disciplines, systems and people that must work together. My approach comes from understanding that reality, not simply studying business theory.

Do I need to know exactly what is wrong?

What does the KSh 2,000 payment cover?
It covers both your Clarity Call and the Business Audit that follows. You do not pay separately for the Business Audit.
What happens after I pay?
Once your payment is confirmed, you choose a suitable time for your Clarity Call. The Business Audit becomes the next stage after the call.
Is implementation included?
No. Implementation is a separate engagement considered after the strategic work, when there is clarity about what the business needs.
